Mr. Rositano served aboard the USS Pasadena (CL-65) during WWII along with my late father, Francis X. Ryan (1925-1971). Both sailors were in the Pasadena's "C" [Communications] Division. God rest the soul of Mr. Rositano. I will pray for the repose of his soul. Christopher E. Ryan, Los Angeles, California

My deepest condolences for the loss of your loved one. Losing a dear one is very difficult to accept. Something that comforted our family during such a difficult time of grief was the promise that the Bible gives us. Revelation 21:3,4 promises that “God will wipe away all tears from their eyes and death will be no more “. I truly hope that these words will bring comfort to your family as it did ours.

Rest in peace Uncle Rocco. Condolences to the family. Glad to have seen Uncle Rocco at Uncle Billy's birthday celebration in Brooklyn a few months ago. Many fond memories of Suntan Lake and Anthony Wayne summer events. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve on Ave W. And who could ever forget all the times he came to fix our TV's. James(Jamey) and Judy Sarnelle and family.
